3D Design - Share your product idea or concept! We use Autocad software and AI modeling tools to bring your creativity to life. Electronic model files, images or products can be generated. Exported file formats include: 3MF, STL, and OBJ.

3D Printing - Need a prototype created to test out an idea or only need a few products created? Let us know what your needs are and we can help provide a solution. Gryphon Innovation can 3D print objects up to 10 inches cubed and in different 3D filament types. Filament printing types include plain and carbon fiber variants of PLA and PETG as well as flexible TPU.

UV Printing

Small Batch Production, Direct to Product (DTP) or Direct to Film (DTF) Products

DTP - Print textured images directly onto products, such as glass, metal water bottles, leather or 3D printed flexible TPU patches, creating a strong bond between the image and product. This eliminates the need to add additional use of heat press equipment, saving money and time.

DTF - Artwork is printed directly to a film and final product is applied to products the same way a vinyl sticker would be handled. DTF products can also be heat pressed to products.

Using a UV printer enables artwork to be printed with a raised texture, up to 3 millimeters in thickness. Although a little more costly than vinyl printing, UV printed stickers include a textured aspect to artwork that you can not only see but feel.
